Room was nice! The air conditioner in the room didn't work, so they moved us without question. Air was great in the second room. Common areas looked cozy and comfortable, but they were not air conditioned, and it was too hot to enjoy them. We appreciated having a fridge available for use in the common area. We are glad we experienced it once.

A great place to stay in a quaint little town with a wonderful in winter or summer. The place is owned and operated by Dottie Singer and she does a wonderful job. You won't regret staying there
This place is one of a kind. I have been coming here for the last 10 years here and there. The have unique rooms which is nice to change up and enjoy. Each room has a little balcony which overlooks the river which is a nice setting. Their food is delicious and all of the food is grown from local farmers as well as the meat. The owner of this place is an active worker and just flat out sweet as can be and very helpful. As mentioned above I have been coming here for their new years party every year for the last 10 years where they have live music, wonderful 5 course dinner as well as midnight dinner. Just to walk up a few steps and enjoy the wonderful setting before bed. Checkout is at 11 but a few later checkouts I have had myself wasn't any problem. I would recommend everyone to stay hear at least 1 time just to say you have stayed in a mill that produces it's own electricity, serves natural vegetables and home grown food all around. The cost is very reasonable, and this hotel is kid friendly as well As secluded enough for romance depending the occasion. Like the sweetheart package which has a sweet gift and Jacuzzi along with dinner, and the captain's suite which offers a full kitchen, hot tub, two rooms and sleeps 8 if I'm not mistaking. Wonderful place here
